The terms you need and want plus funding for renovation!

  • Low down payment and flexible mortgage terms (fixed-rate and adjustable rate)
  • Your client may qualify even with less-than-perfect credit

  • Down payment (at least 3 percent) can be funded by buyer’s savings; a gift; a grant; or a loan from a nonprofit organization, state or local government, or employer

  • Renovation cost may be financed into the loan up to 50% of the “as-completed” appraise value
  • Fund both purchase of the property and light renovation
